Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
The return request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.
The item must be factory sealed and completely unopened. Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with is not eligible for return regardless of the reason.
Returns are accepted in the following cases only: you received the wrong fragrance, or the product arrived damaged due to packaging or transit.
Change of mind, dislike of scent, or ordering the wrong product are not eligible for a refund. We encourage customers to reach out via WhatsApp before ordering if they have any questions about a fragrance.

How to Request a Return
Follow these steps to initiate a return:

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If payment was made via bank transfer, the refund will be made to the same bank account.
KingTori Scents reserves the right to reject a return if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria stated above.

Return Shipping Costs
If you received the wrong item or a damaged product due to our error, KingTori Scents will cover the full cost of return shipping. We will arrange pickup directly from your delivery address.
For any other approved return scenario, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
— Opened or used fragrances, regardless of the amount used.
— Items returned after the 48-hour window has elapsed.
— Items purchased during a sale or promotional event, unless damaged or incorrect.
— Gift sets that have been partially opened or used.
